Why are my pins not showing on Mobile?

Have you enabled your map to be mobile responsive from the dashboard but noticed that the store pins aren’t loading on mobile? Don’t worry, this behavior is expected by default.


By design, Storemapper does not automatically load store pins when the map is viewed on a mobile device. This is a performance optimization to ensure faster load times and a smoother experience for mobile users. However, we understand that this may not suit every business or use case. That's why we have a feature to help you with that!


If you would prefer that all your store locations display immediately on both desktop and mobile, you can easily change this setting. Simply go to Settings > Behavior in your Storemapper dashboard and toggle off the option labeled “Limit stores displayed at map load.”



Once this setting is disabled, your map will load with all available store pins shown on both mobile and desktop devices. Be sure to refresh your browser or clear the cache to see the changes reflected on your live map.


We understand this setting may not be as intuitive as it could be, and we’re actively working on improving the dashboard to make this option more visible and accessible to all users.
