How do I add my credit card?

Currently, Storemapper only offers the option of adding your debit or credit card to your Storemapper account.


It is super simple to add your credit card to your account. Once this has been added, an invoice will be generated and you will be ready to start using the Storemapper platform.


Please note - Only accounts outside of Shopify will need to add a credit/debit card. If you are using Shopify as your CMS platform, you will be invoiced separately and will not need a card added in your Storemapper dashboard.

Adding your Credit/Debit Card


Head to Account on the left hand side and select Payment Method.

Input your card details (only the last 4 digits will be visible once saved)

Please note - If no subscription is selected, the system will automatically select the Micro plan. If this is not your desired plan, please just re-select the plan you want. You will then see two invoices (the Micro) and your updated plan but you will only be charged for the plan you wish to use (it will remove the Micro price when updating)

There is no way to remove a credit card from the system unless you get in touch with support and we can do this for you.

If you need to update your card details, please just re-add the card above and click save. This will then be updated.
