Handling addresses split across multiple columns

We do recommend that your addresses are added across one line, however you may find it easier to split out your address across several columns as below. You will need to add these headers directly after the “address” column in the CSV.

| Street | City | State | Zipcode |

| 123 Main St. | Washington | DC | 20001 |

Once you have saved your CSV, please ensure you select this box when importing back into your account “Address data is spread across multiple columns”

Splitting out the address into columns is only possible if you are uploading via CSV. If you are using our Google drive option, the addresses needs to be raw data across one line.

Need to know how to combine all columns into one line in seconds? No problem. The following video is a very quick way to show you how to dot this and paste them into our template. Of course, if you get stuck on this, just email us the CSV and we’ll help you sort it out.
